Class details

This is a monthly personal training consultation via email and phone that includes a customized nutrition, training, cardio, and supplement plan(s) based on your current needs and goals. We provide regular updates (typically once per week) and you will receive unlimited email consultation through the duration of the program. This option can be used for general fat/weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance or a combination thereof. 

Your package includes:

  • Specific fitness program developed for your lifestyle and personal goals
  • Consultation and assessment to create a customized fitness program that takes into consideration your current condition, specific health and fitness goals and any special requests for strong results and safe outcomes
  • Customized meal plans
  • Four 30 minutes to 1 hour virtual training sessions via Skype per month
  • Discounts on health/wellness products
  • Free product samples, when available
